Step 1 - Place your order - You can place your order using this website or call us direct at (704) 509-3100. We will need your year and paintcode to process your order and we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express cards ( we must ship to the billing address for the credit card ), Money order, Cashiers checks and Personal checks ( can ship to any address after payment clears ), and Paypal ( confirmed addresses only ).
Step 2 - We process your order - Once the order has been received, we will pull your part from our inventory and begin preparing it for the painting process ( sand the e-coat, seal and bake the part ).
Step 3 - Painting / Clearing - Your part will be painted an cleared (basecoat/clearcoat) by an ASE certified technician. We use only Dupont paints and products, giving you the highest quality in durability and finish. Each part is painted with 2-3 coats of basecoat and cleared with 3-4 coats of clearcoat.
Step 4 - Package and Ship Part - Your part will be very well packaged for shipment. Most items are shipped ground or USPS. You will be emailed the tracking number when the part ships out, which will be on average 5-10 business days from when the order/cleared payment is received.
Refund Policy: On uninstalled, unused undamaged parts, you may return the part within 7 days of when it was delivered for a refund. If you are returning an unpainted part, the full price of the part will be refunded. If you are returning a part painted by us, there will be a 30% restocking fee to cover our expenses of painting and clearing the part for you. Shipping is not refundable under any circumstances and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. There are no returns or refunds on parts that have been installed, damaged, or used in any way. If an order is canceled before it ships out, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee of the item price, and will be refunded your full shipping charge. In the rare case that you receive a part that does not match your vehicle, we will work with you to fix the problem, regardless of why it doesn't match (car has been repainted, faded, had a strong variance from the formula - You can send a sample from the vehicle before the part is painted to minimize your risk of these problems), but in most cases, you will only be responsible for returning the part to us and we will cover the cost of repainting and reshipping.
